The Way We Were - Memoir Writing

April 7, 2021
7:00 - 8:30 pm
Why write a memoir? Enjoy the reliving of your memories. Pass on the treasure of your unique life perspective. Appreciate your accomplishments for a sense of completeness. While we continue to protect each other by sheltering in place, you may want to use the time to tell your story and leave a legacy. Villagers Jan Quilici and Patty Allen will guide a follow-up workshop to GNV’s January's Gathering on memoir writing. All are welcome.

Book Club

April 16, 2021
1:00 - 2:30 pm
Villager Denise Stewart will lead GNV's Book Club Discussion of The Four Winds by Kristin Hannah.  The Four Winds is an epic novel of love and heroism and hope, set against the backdrop of one of America’s most defining eras—the Great Depression—written by the #1 New York Times bestselling author of The Nightingale and The Great Alone.
