A #1 NYT best seller, the book is described in The Atlantic as "strikingly relevant...darkly funny and poignant," and features a most memorable protagonist, Elizabeth Zott, as she struggles to be recognized as a scientist just before the feminist revolution gains traction. (Don't be deterred by the garish colors and cutesy design of the book cover!)
