Fun in the Sun: A Perfect Pool Party!

What a fantastic time we had at the pool party! From start to finish, the day was filled with laughter, splashes, and great company. What a good group we had—everyone brought such a fun spirit and was so helpful, especially when it came time to clean up. That kind of teamwork makes it all the more enjoyable!

A special shoutout to the “in the pool” crew—you made the water the place to be! Big thanks to Sherry and Beth for handling the shopping, Iris for the delicious fruit kabobs, and Barbara for grilling up a storm. And of course, thank you to everyone who helped with setting up and breaking down.

It was truly a team effort, and we are already looking forward to the next one!

Volunteer Opportunity

Helping Hands Needs You!

Our Helping Hands team connects service members with volunteers for friendly visits, short walks, and other simple acts of kindness. While we usually match requests quickly, we’ve recently seen a surge in members looking for a companion for a short stroll or a friendly chat.

If you have a little time to spare now and then, we’d love to hear from you. Your small effort can make a big difference.

Please give us a call to get involved!
